Welcome to a New Chapter of Life
“Navigate stepping into life’s next stage with Confidence and Purpose.”
Life is shifting, and you may find yourself at the edge of a new chapter—unsure of what’s next.
Whether stepping away from a career, watching children build lives of their own,
or navigating the loss of a partner, this stage feels like uncharted territory.
But with change comes possibility.
Instead of feeling uncertain or fearful, therapy focuses specifically on navigating
life changes purposefully, can help you find happiness, clarity, and fulfillment – at every life stage.
Imagine creating a meaningful life after years of giving to others, without losing yourself in the process.
My approach combines professional expertise
with personal understanding, helping you explore
what’s next with understanding and purpose.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You might already know the most common symptoms of ADHD, but there are some surprising ones too that include:
Friends move away, or social circles shrink. You feel isolated, unsure how to rebuild meaningful connections – and loneliness creeps in.
Without the structure of work or the constant pull of family, your days feel aimless. You might even wonder who you are now.
You feel burdened by thoughts of the future and financial and emotional worries take over.
You keep second-guessing your decisions, like should I have downsized from my longtime home, did I retire too early or late, or worse you stay paralyzed not making them at all – you wish you could feel confident like you once did.
Family dynamics are shifting. Whether redefining your role with
adult children or managing family relationships, you’re unsure how
to find balance.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to go through this alone either.
There is a way through this period of life that leaves you feeling MORE fulfilled, not anchorless.
What’s Next for You?
You’ve learned to please your boss, prioritize others –
whether it’s caretaking elderly parents or your own kids…but now there’s a wide open space…
to find YOU and YOUR sense of peace and happiness.
Therapy for women moving into the next phase of life focuses on
rediscovering happiness and meaning. Together, we will:

What if this next phase feels EVEN BETTER, than what’s come before?
Hope Starts Here!

Hi! I’m Gina Petrella! I help women in transition navigate life’s changes.
I help women in transition navigate life’s changes with confidence and a sense of clear direction. I get how hard it can be when your entire identity has been about your career, family or both. Suddenly, you have all of this free time – but no clear direction. You’ve always known what to do, and how to thrive because it’s mostly been about being there for others. But now, you have the space to flourish fully in your whole self. But maybe instead of feeling EXCITED, you feel scared. Or unsure. Or, overwhelmed by the options and possibilities. And you fear being stagnant here.
You want to feel hopeful, I get it. I’ve been exactly where you are. And I’m here to tell you there’s hope and contentment on the other side.
Together, we’ll create a vision for your next chapter—one where you feel confident, connected, and ready for what’s ahead. In our sessions, you’ll have a place to share those parts of you that you are mourning, the parts of your former life you are so glad to let go of (even if you wouldn’t want to admit that outside of our therapy sessions).
Imagine This Future
Waking up with peace of mind instead of uncertainty.
Feeling excited for the day ahead, confident in the life you’re creating.
Strengthening connections with family and friends while discovering new opportunities.
Finding purpose and happiness after years of putting others first.
You’ve already managed so much in life.
Now you can find purpose and satisfaction in this stage of life.
Why Therapy Might Feel Different This Time
If you’ve tried therapy before and it hasn’t worked, I understand why you might hesitate.
But here’s how this approach is different…

This is for you if…

Still hesitating?
Listen, you landed on this page for a reason. Whether you decide to work with me, or someone else
– or pursue a different path to fulfillment – I really hope you’ll take meaningful steps…today.
Imagine Six Months From Now…
What if you’re still feeling stuck, lonely, or overwhelmed?
Or, imagine if you started today—taking steps toward a life of confidence, connection, and understanding.
Your future self will thank you. Don’t wait. Let’s take that step together.
Wondering what happens in the Free Consultation?
We will discuss the reasons you are reaching out for help which may include your feelings,
thoughts, symptoms, challenges, or goals. The appointment is 20 – 30 minutes and our goal together is to get
a broad stroke picture of what’s going on for you right now.
I’ll share with you any tentative thoughts where some of your feelings might be coming from,
and how therapy (with me or someone else) can support you in feeling more fulfilled, at ease, etc.
This is a time when you can share what you hope to achieve from therapy.
I will explain how my approach to treatment might fit for your goals and what services
and interventions may be most effective for you, whether they be with me or someone else.
I just want you to feel better!
If you are struggling to embrace this new phase of life with confidence, clear direction,
and excitement, let’s find some time to talk. It really can be the best phase of life, if you just get some support to find…
Helping women in transition embrace new beginnings with confidence,
without fear of the unknown—even if life feels overwhelming right now.
My approach combines professional expertise by helping you explore what’s next
with understanding and purpose. Therapy for women moving through one of life’s biggest transitions
—helping you move from uncertainty to understanding and happiness.
Imagine waking up feeling confident and ready for this next chapter.
Together, we’ll make that vision a reality.
Quick Note: If you grew up in a time when mental health wasn’t openly discussed, you’re not alone.
Depression or anxiety may have been seen as signs of weakness rather than the natural emotions they are.
But seeking therapy isn’t about weakness—it’s about strength.
It’s about embracing this next chapter with intention and purpose.
